![]() The Music industry is just as disgusting, if not even more ruthless. This is also not unique to the Movie and Animation industry either. In fact did you know in the early 2000s when VH-S converted to DVD, there was an active attempt by the industry to make self destructing DVDs that erased their content 48 hours after they were first read by a DVD player? They'd do anything to keep you from having unrestricted access to files. The only people who like it are the companies that attempt to limit your ability to do anything with the files you've Purchased the rights to access. Its no secret that literally everyone HATES DRM. My question is, why? Why would they remove music DRM but not DRM on Movies and TV shows? ![]() ![]() Long ago, music purchased on iTunes had DRM (2009ish). ![]()
